1 Dinner
hosted personally by the President for the committee before the Meeting.
2. Amendment to the Society Constitution confirmed
and will be presented at the coming AGM.
3. Annual
Statement of Accounts presented and approved by the Committee.
4. Call for present Ordinary Members to convert to
LIfe Membership at only RM300 before imposing new fees.
5. Appointment of Song Jin Teik as Penang
International Photo Salon Chairman.
6. Interested Members who intend to serve in the
next committee will have to send in their nomination to the Hon
Secretary.
