76 floats took part in a grand parade in conjunction with the fourth International Kai Zhang Cultural Exchange Convention.

Organised by the Tan Si Chong Ghee Seah (association) and co-organised by Sam Toh Bean Lok Keok and the Federation of Chan (Tan) Clan Associations Malaysia, the procession was held to celebrate famous Tang dynasty general Chen Yuanguang. Thousands of spectators converged on various junctions and roads to witness this spectacular event  led by  man, riding a horse donning blue ancient general uniform to depict Chen.
